Cakra P. Aritonang

Cakra founded CPA Law Firm in 2008 after eleven years practicing commercial litigation at a leading Jakarta firm and a secondment to a London arbitration chambers. He has led some of Indonesia's most closely watched shareholder disputes and cross-border arbitrations, and continues to appear personally before the Central Jakarta Commercial Court and BANI. Clients value his instinct for when to negotiate and when to fight — and his refusal to overstate either. Outside the firm, he lectures on dispute resolution at Universitas Indonesia and sits on the BANI panel of arbitrators.
